Working together, finding solutions, improving lives

Welcome to the Research Institute, a thought leadership tool that aims to generate well-being for Africa. The well-being ecosystem comprises of categories defined as the Economy; Society; Workplace and the Individual.

Well-being ecosystem: Economy

The "Economy" looks at the behaviour and interactions of economic agents and how economies globally and in Africa work. We do this by focusing holistically on the factors that give context, and set the conditions and parameters in which an economy functions.

Well-being ecosystem: Society

“Society” refers to those issues, insights and initiatives that have the potential to change the outcomes for communities and broader social groups.

Well-being ecosystem: Workplace

“Workplace” can provide a powerful catalyst for societal change. But we need to address the needs of both workers and employers to ensure an optimal outcome.

Well-being ecosystem: Individual

“Individual” delves into those issues and insights that might be impacting the lives of African individuals and their families.
